City of Palms

The blades of the oppressed hunger for blood!

1655
Percumbaco, Brazil

Below the blister of the Brazilian sun, slavery drives the economy under watchful eyes of the brutal Republic. However high in the mountains in the City of Palms freedom reigns; the binds of the chain and the sting of the whip does not exist there. Under the rule of Ganga Zambar the city exists as a living contradiction to the Republic’s dominion much to the displeasure of the slave owners and Republic alike.

Razza was born outside the City of Palms on a plantation.  Under the cover of darkness, his mother escaped from the plantation and sought to return to the City when she was cut down along the way with Razza in her arms. Razza was found upon by a kindly doctor who took him to Porto Calvo to by raised by the church.  Over the years Razza grew up unknowing of his true home until a moment of chance led not only home but to the middle of the Republic treacherous campaign to burn the massive City of Palms to the ground.  In the city, Razza comes to realize the destiny he has so longed to discover, to destroy the Republic and end the stranglehold of slavery on his people.

Razza rises to power and leads the campaign for freedom.  Labeled a terrorist, he has a bounty placed on his head by the governor of Percumbuco. The Governor hires two of the Republic’s most feared warriors Wallace Zurko and Commander Carhito, to destroy the city and place the slaves back in chains.  Realizing The Republic’s plans for him and his people, Razza wages an all out war against the Republic determined to kill anyone who stands in the way of freedom for his people.
